LAM Home page	Los Altos Masters is a swim club for adults of all levels, from beginners to National champions. Our coaches provide stroke instruction, encouragement, motivation, challenges, and lots of fun. We encourage everyone to join in with the workouts, since the team atmosphere and sense of community is a large part of what keeps us all going. But there is always a lane available for people who want to just swim laps. And that's what Masters is all about: we swim because we want to, not because we have to.
	For insurance reasons, you must be registered with either USS (age-group swimming) or USMS (US Masters Swimming) to be able to swim with us, even on a drop-in basis. There is a $25/year fee to join USMS. You can join on deck, if you like, but you must join and sign the insurance waiver, or you cannot swim with us.
